Preferneces

To set the system preferences.

Timesheet

1.Click on the Job Costing drop down and select the job costing system to use.

2.Click on the Timesheet Format drop down and select the timesheet format.

3.Click on the Allow Adj Date drop down to specify if the adjusted date should appear on advice slips.

4.Click on the Allow Negative Time drop down to specify if Employees can enter negative time.

5.Click on the Allow Over 24h/Day drop down to allow over 24 hours per day.

6.Click on the Allow Recall Approved Time drop down to specify if Employees can recall approved time.

7.Click on the Allow Adjust Submitted Time drop down to specify if Employees can adjust their time and resubmit it.

8.Click on the Hour Increments drop down to specify what increments of time can be input.

9.Check off the Display Columns boxes to view.

10.Check off the Job/Project Field box to have the Description or ID to appear.

11.Check off the Paycode Field box to have the Description or ID to appear.

12.Check off the Phase/Cost Code Field box to have the Description or ID to appear.

13.Check off the Department Field box to have the Description or ID to appear.

 

Leave

1.Click on the Allow on Weekends drop down to choose preference.

 

Email

1.Click in the IT Email Address to set a default IT Email Address.

2.Click on the Email Manager when Submit Time drop down to specify preference.

3.Click on the Email Manager when Submit Leave drop down to specify preference.

 

Banked Time

1.Click on the Banking Time Using drop down to specify banked time system.

2.Click on the Check Bank Balance drop down to check to allow banked time.

 

Advice Slip

1.Click on the Advice Slip Format drop down to change the format.

2.Click on the Allow Batch Note as Message drop down to allow note.

3.Click on the Show WCB on Advice Slip (Stub only) drop down to select preference.

 

Application

1.Click on the Payroll Type drop down to select the payroll type.

2.Click on the Allow Install Page Access drop down to select preference.

3.Click on the Session Timeout drop down to set the session times period.
